AMP’D AUTOSPORT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THOSE WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY AND INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION, RESTRICTION OR MODIFICATION UNDER APPLICABLE LAW AMP’D AUTOSPORT IS NOT LIABLE FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF USE, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, LOST PROFITS, OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, OTHER THAN THOSE DAMAGES THAT ARE INCAPABLE OF LIMITATION, EXCLUSION OR RESTRICTION UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. THIS AGREEMENT GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Sales to end users only:

Amp’D Autosport sells and ships products to end user customers only. You may not purchase for resale. Amp’D Autosport reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order if Amp’D Autosport suspects you are purchasing for resale.

Sales Tax in addition to the price of your purchases:

Amp’D Autosport will charge sales tax to North Carolina residents based on your shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is billed.

Amp’D Autosport offers several shipping options:

Standard Shipping: Products shipped via standard service are normally delivered within six business days after shipment.

2-Day Shipping: Products shipped via two-day service prior to 5:00 p.m. EST are normally delivered by 4:30 p.m. local time two business days after shipment.

3-Day Shipping: Products shipped prior to 5:00 p.m. EST are normally delivered by 4:30 p.m. local time within three business days after shipment.

Overnight Delivery: Products shipped prior to 5:00 p.m. EST via overnight service are normally delivered by 3:00 p.m. local time one business day after shipment.
Overnight delivery is not available for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

International delivery:

UPS Worldwide Express: Delivery by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon, Delivery by the next business day to Canada and for documents to Mexico Second business day delivery to Europe and Latin America Delivery within two or three business days to Asia

UPS Worldwide Expedited: Delivery in two business days to Canada Delivery in two or three business days to Mexico Delivery in three or four days to Europe Delivery in four or five days to Asia and Latin America

Remember that these estimates are for time in transit only, and that they do not apply until the product leaves Amp’D Autosport’s facilities. As the delivery of your order is beyond Amp’D Autosport’s control once your order leaves Amp’D Autosport’s facilities, Amp’D Autosport cannot assume liability for late deliveries, regardless of the delivery method you specify.

Undeliverable packages:

Occasionally packages are returned to Amp’D Autosport as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to Amp’D Autosport, please contact Amp’D Autosport to make arrangements for reshipment.

Failed delivery attempts:

Most of Amp’D Autosport’s carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the carrier will return the package to Amp’D Autosport.

Order processing:

The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Amp’D Autosport does not begin payment processing until Amp’D Autosport receives all of the information that it needs and full payment or a full authorization. Amp’D Autosport will begin payment processing for orders placed on weekends or holidays on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Your order for in-stock items that are eligible for same-day shipping must be received before your local time of 2:00 p.m., pending payment processing, for there to be adequate remaining time in the day for your order to be dispatched.

Other terms and conditions:

• Amp’D Autosport is not responsible for typographical errors. Amp’D Autosport reserves the right to cancel any order you have placed if there was a typographical error on the Amp’D Autosport Store concerning the pricing or availability of any item you ordered when you placed the order.
• Amp’D Autosport reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at the Amp’D Autosport Store at any time.
• Amp’D Autosport may make changes to any products or services offered at the Amp’D Autosport Store, or to the applicable prices for any such products or services, at any time, without notice. The information provided at the Amp’D Autosport Store with respect to products and services may be out of date, and Amp’D Autosport makes no commitment to update the information provided at the Amp’D Autosport Store with respect to such products and services.
• Amp’D Autosport reserves the right to do any of the following, at any time, without notice: (1) to modify, suspend or terminate operation of or access to the Amp’D Autosport Store, or to any portion of the Amp’D Autosport Store, for any reason; (2) to modify or change the Amp’D Autosport Store, or any portion of the Amp’D Autosport Store, and any applicable policies or terms; and (3) to interrupt the operation of the Amp’D Autosport Store, or any portion of the Amp’D Autosport Store, as necessary to perform routine or non-routine maintenance, error correction, or other changes.
• No Amp’D Autosport employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the Amp’D Autosport Store’s policies or the terms and conditions governing any sale.
• If any of the aforementioned policies are held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be void or unenforceable, such policy shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and replaced with a valid provision that best embodies the intent of the policy, so that the policies shall remain in full force and effect.
• Amp’D Autosport’s failure to insist on or enforce strict performance of these policies shall not be construed as a waiver by Amp’D Autosport of any provision or any right it has to enforce these policies, nor shall any course of conduct between Amp’D Autosport and you or any other party be deemed to modify any provision of these policies.
• These policies shall not be interpreted or construed to confer any rights or remedies on any third parties.
